MyBeacon came to us with a deeply personal vision: to make it easier for people to ask for help and for the people who love them to show up. The app allows users to post needs privately to their trusted network, where friends and family can see what's needed and step in without the noise of group messages or social media. Our role was to bring that vision to life through development, working closely with the founder through intake sessions, regular standups, and iterative testing with real users to make sure the experience felt as simple and human as the idea behind it. The result was a high quality MVP that delivered on its core promise, making support feel less complicated and more like something people can actually do.
