North Central Industries came to us with a straightforward but operationally frustrating problem: getting product presentation content to their retail locations meant physically mailing materials, making updates slow and difficult to manage across sites. They needed a system that could handle in store video playback reliably, even at remote locations with limited connectivity, while giving staff a simple way to manage and update content without technical know-how. We built a self contained kiosk solution that loops product videos locally, responds instantly when a barcode is scanned, and can be configured and updated remotely across all locations without needing to ship anything. The result was a reliable, easy to manage system that replaced a manual process with something staff could operate from anywhere, and a scalable foundation ready for the next phase of growth.
